Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Please read the following cancellation policy to avoid any inconvenience related to amendments or cancellations.

  1. CANCELLATION / AMENDMENTS
    Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation(s) must be made 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellation and/or amendments made within 72 hours of arrival date / check-in will incur a cancellation fee of one (1) night's room charge, which will be imposed to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.

  2. LATE CANCELLATIONS
    Cancellations received within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) night’s room charge.

  3. NO-SHOWS
    In the event of a no show, a fee of one (1) night’s room charge will be billed to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.

  4. EARLY DEPARTURE
    Guests who shorten the stay after check-in may be subject to the full room charges according to the initial reservation made.

  5. TAX INCLUDED
    The one (1) night’s room charge cancellation fee is inclusive of all prevailing taxes.

  6. REFUND POLICY
    Approved refunds will be processed within twenty-one (21) working days from the date the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
